    Led a multidisciplinary team to acquire and utilize Ontario Laboratory Information System (OLIS) data to enable provincial renal health planning.

  • UHN Care Coordination Portal

    Transformed home care coordination from paper-based to real-time electronic platform across 18 GTA hospitals. Managed PHIPA-compliant clinical data-sharing workflows end to end.

  • CCO - Your Voice Matters

    Provincial rollout of patient feedback system to 14 Regional Cancer Centres. Led implementation toolkits, stakeholder engagement, and PHIPA-compliant patient consent frameworks

  • Accenture - Executive Briefing

    Secured additional funding for key pharmaceutical initiatives through high-impact executive briefings on the potential to develop a Project Management Tool led by the Digital Finance Group.

  • Multidisciplinary Cancer Conference

    Established a strategic Multidisciplinary Cancer Conference between MacKenzie Health & Sunnybrook Health Sciences, to assess complex oncology cases and determine treatment plans.

  • Wait Time Information System

    Successfully implemented the Wait Time Information System at Mackenzie Health, leading to 30+ surgeons to effectively manage their patient waitlists as per provincial clinical guidelines.
